IDF attacks production facilities in Iran

Over the past few hours, more than 50 Israeli Air Force fighter jets have carried out a series of attacks on military production facilities in the Tehran area, Report informs referring to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Spokesperson's Office.

According to the information, a centrifuge production facility in Tehran was attacked as part of efforts to damage Iran's nuclear weapons program.

The production of centrifuges would help Iran expand the scale and pace of uranium enrichment for the purpose of developing nuclear weapons, the IDF Spokesperson's Office noted.
