Hungary, UK mull strategic cooperation

Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Economic Relations Péter Szijjártó met with UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy during his visit to the United Kingdom, according to Report.

Szijjártó said in a post on social networks that the topic of negotiations is strategic cooperation.

"We were very sorry when the British left the European Union because along with them, many smart people left Brussels. This step significantly weakened the EU. That's why we also strive for close strategic cooperation with the United Kingdom," he noted
