Haber Global: 83 people arrested in Istanbul municipality corruption case

As part of the criminal case on corruption in the Istanbul municipality, 100 people have been brought to justice, 83 of whom have been detained, Report informs referring to Haber Global.

The head of the municipality Ekrem Imamoglu is also among them.

Among the rest, ten are wanted, and seven are abroad.

The Istanbul Prosecutor General's Office has also brought Imamoglu and seven other people to justice in the case of supporting the terrorist organization PKK.

Four of the seven suspects, including Imamoglu, have already been detained, the rest are wanted.
