French military training aircraft crashes, two injured

A Cirrus SR-20 aircraft operated by the French Air and Space Force crashed in Salon-de-Provence, in France"s Bouches-du-Rhône department, during a training flight, the French Ministry of the Armed Forces' Air and Space Force said.
According to Report, the two crew members - a pilot and an instructor - aboard the small Air and Space Force aircraft issued a distress signal despite sustaining injuries.
During the accident, they managed to avoid populated areas. No third parties were injured or otherwise harmed.
"Two service members from the Air Force Academy who were on board managed to make an emergency landing on the RD 113 road and evacuate the aircraft in time before it caught fire," the Salon-de-Provence city hall said.
