The BRICS summit taking place in Kazan shows that the West no longer holds monopoly in the world, Benjamin Haddad, Minister Delegate for European Affairs at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said on LCI TV channel, Report informs via TASS.
"In light of the BRICS summit and the US presidential elections, <...> which will have serious consequences for European security and transatlantic relations, Europe and the West must realize that they no longer have a monopoly in the world," Haddad noted.
