The judicial supervision under which Telegram founder Pavel Durov has been placed in France stipulates that he must reside at an address determined by the judge, according to Report, which cites Liberation.
The authorities clarified that the entrepreneur will not have to wear an electronic bracelet since he is not under house arrest. This means Durov can move around France, provided he complies with certain restrictions set by the court, such as regularly visiting a designated police station twice a week.
If Durov wishes to move, he will have to agree on a new address with the judge. The prosecutor's office also stated that all of Durov's passports have been confiscated.
