Finland to send €16M humanitarian aid package to Ukraine

Finland announced on Monday, March 10, that it is sending humanitarian aid to Ukraine worth €16 million, according to the Finnish Foreign Ministry, Report informs via Ukrinform.

This amount is part of the aid package for 2025, which includes humanitarian aid totaling €36.5 million.

The necessary things for Ukraine will be sent through UN humanitarian organizations and the International Committee of the Red Cross.

Finland will also support the activities of the UN World Food Program in Sudan and Gaza with a total of €4.5 million. The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Syria will receive support of €2 million.

As earlier announced, Finland is providing €4.5 million as part of the Partnership for a Strong Ukraine fund for 2025-2027 to support Ukraine's resilience and stability.
