Figure skating champions from Russia among victims in tragic US plane crash

Evgenia Shishkova and Maxim Naumov, representatives of the Russian school of figure skating, were among the passengers on the ill-fated American Airlines flight that crashed near Washington, D.C.

According to Report, the Bombardier CRJ700 passenger plane, operated by American Airlines, collided with a military Sikorsky H-60 Black Hawk helicopter in the vicinity of Ronald Reagan National Airport. The aircraft plummeted into the Potomac River.

As of now, authorities have confirmed 19 fatalities in this horrific incident.
