Explosion on gas pipeline in Romania kills four, injures five

Four people were killed and five were injured due to an explosion and fire on a gas pipeline in the Romanian county of Vrancea. Two of them have serious burns, Report informs via Romanian media.
A serious fire occurred in the village of Calimanesti, Vrancea county, after an explosion in a gas pipeline, allegedly damaged by workers who were carrying out work on the A7 highway, Digi24 TV said.
According to preliminary data, the fire broke out at 01.30 local time. The fire was extinguished after about three hours. Several fire crews were involved in extinguishing the fire.
The two men, aged 61 and 53, were taken by helicopter to hospitals in Bucharest, media reported. It is specified that 65% and 40% of their bodies are burnt, respectively.
