European Commission proposes to confiscate assets for circumventing sanctions

The European Commission calls for the confiscation of assets in an attempt to circumvent EU sanctions, European Commissioner for Justice Didier Reynders said, as quoted by Report.
According to Reynders, sanctioned persons circumvent sanctions by using differences in the laws of the EU states.
