Death toll from Bangkok earthquake building collapse exceeds 50

The death toll from the collapse of the Auditor General's Office building under construction in Bangkok in the earthquake has reached 51 people, Report informs referring to the administration of the Thai capital.

Rescue services continue the search operation, since 43 people who are listed as missing may be under the ruins of the 30-story building. On March 28, a powerful earthquake occurred in Myanmar.

Bangkok authorities lifted the state of emergency on Tuesday due to the normalization of the situation in the city.
