The Czech Republic, which presides over the Council of the European Union, will initiate discussions with fellow association members about a ban on the issuance of Schengen visas to Russian citizens at an informal meeting in Prague at the end of August, Report informs citing TASS.
"A complete ban on the issuance of Russian visas by all EU member states could turn out to be another very effective sanction against Russia.
