The lower chamber of the Czech Parliament has lifted the mask mandate in the country. The decision, which was adopted on Wednesday, comes into force from May 5, ČTK reports.
Report informs, citing TASS, that the move is linked to the improvement of the epidemiological situation in the Czech Republic. On Wednesday, Czech Health Minister Vlastimil Valek said that the government intends to lift the mask mandate from May 11 if the parliament's lower chamber does not make the due decision at its session.
