Costa: EU committed to meeting Paris climate agreement obligations

The European Union is committed to fulfilling its obligations under the Paris Climate Agreement, president of the European Council, Antonio Costa, said at the opening of the International Climate Forum within the EU - Central Asia Summit, Report informs.
"The European Union is a reliable, predictable partner that is trusted. We are committed to our international obligations, such as the Paris Agreement, the Pact for the Future, and the Sustainable Development Goals. The European Union is ready for this not only as a reliable partner, but also as a long-term ally in matters of climate change resilience, disaster preparedness, and sustainable prosperity. Let's act urgently, boldly, and together," added Costa.
