Carlyle Corbin: France must pay compensation for nuclear tests in Polynesia

Nuclear tests have been conducted in French Polynesia for more than 30 years, a well-known UN expert, US citizen Dr. Carlyle G. Corbin said in the Evolution of French Colonialism: Political and Constitutional Study, presented at 2nd Shusha Global Media Forum, Report informs.
The expert noted that these tests damage the environment and have a negative impact on the health of the population:
"All this necessitates that France must pay compensation. However, the French authorities refuse it."
