Blinken meets South Korean acting leader Choi Sang-mok in Seoul

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken met South Korea's acting leader Choi Sang-mok in Seoul on Monday, Report informs via AP.

Choi Sang-mok thanked the United States for "showing support and confidence in South Korean democracy."

"He requested continued close cooperation in preparing for various provocations by North Korea based on the strong defense capabilities of the Republic of Korea-US alliance," the South Korean Ministry od Economy and Finance headed by Choi Sang-mok said.
