Bilawal Zardari: Pakistan is grateful to Azerbaijan for brotherly support

Pakistan is grateful to the people and government of Azerbaijan for their consistent and principled stance during the conflict between India and Pakistan, the head of Pakistan’s parliamentary delegation, former Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, told Report's European bureau in Brussels.

"Azerbaijan has demonstrated a principled position and provided us with moral support by standing on the side of justice. Moreover, we have always seen support from Azerbaijan in our efforts to maintain peace and stability in the region," he said.

According to Bhutto Zardari, the relationship between the two countries is not just diplomatic but brotherly and familial.

"The peoples of Pakistan and Azerbaijan are brothers," he emphasized.
