The Campbell City Police Department has presented a special reward to Farrukh Mammadov, an Azerbaijani living in the US state of California.

Report informs that the local ABC7 TV channel has made news about the Azerbaijani, who is called a hero by the US police.

The news speaks of a terrorist plan prepared by the criminal and the heroism of Mammadov, who thwarted this plan. So, on July 9, Mammadov called 911 and informed the US police about the terrorist he saw in the surveillance camera at midnight on July 9.

Police arrived at the scene and arrested a dangerous criminal who was preparing a mass shooting plan by hiding rifles, pistols, hand grenades, and drugs in his car.

Police say Farrukh Mammadov's call saved hundreds of lives. Campbell City Police Department thanked him.
