At least 10 people died on Monday after an explosion near the Dominican Republic capital, Spanish-language newspaper Hoy reported on Monday, Report informs via CGTN.
Another 28 people were injured in the blast at a plastics factory in the southern Dominican Republic's San Cristobal province, according to the newspaper.
