The Armenian government has found a way to continue the activities of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that have lost grants from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Hraparak newspaper said, Report informs.
They have decided to finance these organizations not through state funds, but through money from oligarchs close to the government.
"About ten oligarchs in the upper echelons of power have already expressed their readiness to finance the Western agent network. The goal is to enable this network to continue defending the Pashinyan government in all media outlets of the country without experiencing financial shortages," the publication noted.
