Al-Malik: 'We intend to achieve high PISA test results in ISESCO member countries'

The Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) is used to compare the level of education in different countries, ISESCO Director General Salim bin Muhammad al-Malik told journalists, Report informs.

In his opinion, the PISA test, which evaluates the performance of students aged 15 in mathematics, science, reading and writing, is important for studying and comparing these indicators with other countries: “About 20 member countries have applied for the PISA test.”

“I think that ISESCO will not only provide them with financial support, but will also provide an expert who will advise on the preparation for testing. Together with the OECD, we will be able to ensure that testing results are high in our member states,” he added.
