72 COVID cases detected among delegations at Beijing Olympics

Seventy-two people in the foreign delegations attending the Beijing Olympics have tested positive for coronavirus, the Organizing Committee of the Beijing Olympics said, Report informs.

Thus, from January 4 through January 22, 2,586 delegation members arrived in China, including 171 athletes and officials.

However, no infection has been detected among athletes and official to date.
