Erdoğan: Ceasefire demands are inappropriate

"The attitude of the blind, deaf and dumb people against the occupation of Karabakh, the ancient land of Azerbaijan by the Armenians, is hypocrisy."

Report informs, Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said.

"The words of those who remain silent to the occupiers and accuse those who defend their homeland have no value for us. I reiterate our support for the liberation of the occupied territories of our Azerbaijani brothers. In particular, the so-called Minsk Group, the United States, France, and Russia have been ignoring this problem for 30 years. For this reason, the ceasefire demands are irrelevant. The occupiers must first leave this area. Our Azerbaijani brothers are now looking forward to the day when they will return to their lands. I had stressed this at a meeting with Macron and Putin. But there is no result. Now is the time for results. As Turkey, we will continue to provide all possible support to our Azerbaijani brothers, whom we see as two states and one nation. Attempts to slander Turkey by putting everything aside will not save Armenia. May Allah help our Azerbaijani brothers!"
