Spring session of Milli Majlis to start tomorrow

The 2022 spring session of the Milli Majlis (Parliament) of Azerbaijan begins on February 1, Report informs.

The meetings of the legislature will last until May 31.

The agenda of the first plenary spring session of the parliament includes 12 issues:

1. Draft resolution of the Milli Majlis on the plan of legislative work of the spring session of the Milli Majlis for 2022.

2. Draft decision of the Milli Majlis on the establishment of the Disciplinary Commission of the Milli Majlis.

3. Draft decision of the Milli Majlis on the establishment of the Accounting Commission of the Milli Majlis.

4. Draft law on approval of the Shusha Declaration “On allied relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Turkey”.

5. Draft law on ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Serbia on mutual elimination of visa requirements.

6. Draft law on amendments to the Law “On suspension of inspections in the field of entrepreneurship”.

7. Draft Law on Amendments to the Law “On the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan” (first reading).

8. Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Road Traffic (first reading).

9. Draft Law on Amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses (first reading).

10. Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Gas Supply (first reading).

11. Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Freedom of Religion (first reading).
