Speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament Sahiba Gafarova will leave for a visit to Russia's St. Petersburg today, Report informs.
The speaker of the Azerbaijani parliament will take part in the events of the Interparliamentary Assembly (IPA) of the CIS member states.
Gafarova is the head of the Azerbaijani parliamentary delegation to the CIS IPA.
