Oncology, sclerosis patients to receive pension benefits in Azerbaijan

Oncology and sclerosis patients will have the right to pension benefits in Azerbaijan.

According to Report, the draft amendments to the bill on oncological assistance and state support to sclerosis patients have been discussed in the first reading at today's parliament session.

In line with the bill, oncology and sclerosis patients with disabilities or limited health abilities (without defining the degree of disability) will have the right to social benefits or labor pensions.

The lawmakers approved the bill in the first reading.
