The Milli Majlis congratulated Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva on May 28 - Independence Day.
According to Report, Speaker of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova voiced the congratulatory message at the last plenary meeting of the spring session of the parliament held today.
The deputies greeted the Gafarova's speech with applause.
