Issue of Albanian temples in Western Azerbaijan raised in Milli Majlis

The issue of Albanian temples in Western Azerbaijan has been raised in Azerbaijan's Milli Majlis by MP Sahib Aliyev, according to Report.

Speaking at today's parliamentary session during the discussion of amendments to the law "On the protection of historical and cultural monuments," the parliamentarian noted that not only in Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur, but also in Western Azerbaijan there are dozens of Albanian Christian and Kipchak temples: "It is necessary to raise the issue of these monuments. This step is also important in terms of promoting the principles of multiculturalism."
