Group of US congressional aides arrives in Azerbaijan

Members of the Azerbaijani Parliamentary working group on interparliamentary relations with the US have met with a group of assistants to members of the US Congress visiting Azerbaijan, Report informs referring to the press and public relations department of the Parliament.

Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on International Relations and Inter-Parliamentary Ties, head of the working group Samad Seyidov spoke about the normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia and the peace process, the importance of the agreement with Armenia on the return of four occupied Azerbaijani villages, relations between Azerbaijan and Russia, and the withdrawal of Russian peacekeepers from the territory of Azerbaijan.

Members of the working group Sevinj Fataliyeva, Asim Mollazade, Tural Ganjaliyev, Vugar Bayramov, Mazahir Efendiyev, Malahat Ibrahimgizi, Emin Hajiyev, who took part in the meeting, answered questions of interest to the guests and shared opinions on the prospects of Azerbaijani-US relations.
