Water resources are running out in the world, and water shortage has formed in Azerbaijan, especially the demand for agricultural water is increasing, Tahir Rzayev, Chairman of the Agrarian Policy Committee of the Milli Majlis, said, Report informs.
According to him, the attitude towards the use of water should become a universal one.
