The Parliament of Azerbaijan will address the world Azerbaijanis this month, Report informs.
The appeal will be made on the occasion of December 31 - the Day of Solidarity of World Azerbaijanis.
The address of the Azerbaijani Parliament will be prepared at the last meeting of the autumn session to be held this year.
