Azerbaijan eyes reducing upper age limit for conscription

The upper age limit for conscription, compulsory military service, is being reduced from 35 to 30 years in Azerbaijan, Report informs.
The change is proposed in the amendments to the law "On Military Duty and Military Service".
According to the proposed changes, conscripts will be male citizens of Azerbaijan aged 18 to 30.
According to the current legislation, this age limit is from 18 to 35 years.
