"There is no basis for the country's information that the positions of the Armenian armed forces in the village of Khnatsakh in the Goris region were allegedly besieged by Azerbaijani servicemen on the border with Azerbaijan's Lachin region and that Armenians could lose their posts at any moment," Azerbaijani Defense Ministry told Report.
This is exaggerated and distorted news: "We state that our Army units are deployed in the positions of the Lachin region of Azerbaijan on the border with the Goris region of Armenia and carry out daily service activities in the sovereign territories of our country, which poses no threat.
We recommend that circles disseminating this kind of information in Armenia not create groundless panic, not mislead the Armenian public, and forever get used to the Azerbaijani servicemen who serve on the state border of the two countries along the Zangilan, Gubadli, Lachin, and Kalbajar regions of Azerbaijan liberated from occupation.
