MoD: Situation tense around Kalbajar District

As a result of the provocation launched by the Armenian armed forces on January 11 at noon, the situation around Kalbajar District on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border has become tense, the Defense Ministry said in response to a query from Report.
Units of the Azerbaijani Army are carrying out adequate response measures in order to silence the other side in this direction without the use of any aircraft or artillery.
At present, the operational situation is under the control of the Azerbaijani army units.
