Chief of staff: ADEX, Securex Caspian exhibitions - biggest events in defense industry

Azerbaijan has experience in hosting international events, the head of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense Industry's staff Samir Aghabalayev said at a press conference dedicated to the upcoming 5th anniversary Azerbaijan International Defense Exhibition (ADEX) in Baku, Report informs.

He noted that ADEX and the 14th International Exhibition "Internal Security, Protection and Rescue Equipment" (Securex Caspian) are the largest events in the defense industry.

He added that both exhibitions, due to their scale, demonstrate the strength of the defense industry of Azerbaijan: "These exhibitions create conditions for establishing effective ties between participants. This year they will be larger. Italy, Slovakia, Qatar and Hungary will present their pavilions at the exhibitions for the first time."
