Deputy Defense Minister: Civilians died as a result of war crimes against Azerbaijan

Civilians died as a result of war crimes committed against Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan's Deputy Minister of Defense - Director General Agil Gurbanov said on Monday at the "Seminar on International Rules Governing Military Operations" (SWIRMO), Report informs.

According to Gurbanov, war crimes have been committed for 30 years: "The civilian population, infrastructure, kindergartens, and schools were shelled for military purposes. For 30 years, no information has been provided about 4,000 missing Azerbaijanis."
