Armenian troops again fire at Azerbaijani Army's positions

At 05:50 on February 23, the Armenian armed forces fired at the positions of the Azerbaijani army in the direction of the Yellija settlement of Kalbajar from their positions in the direction of the Yukhari Shorja settlement of Basarkechar using small arms.
