Participants of 3rd Shusha Global Media Forum visit Imaret Palace Complex

Participants of the 3rd Shusha Global Media Forum visited the Imaret Palace Complex in the city of Aghdam, Report informs.

The visitors got acquainted with the rich cultural heritage of Karabakh, in particular the history of the ancient city of Aghdam, and also had the opportunity to personally assess the scale of the restoration work actively carried out in the region.

The Imaret Palace Complex was opened after large-scale restoration on September 19, 2024. Restoration and archaeological research work began in 2023 with the participation of local and foreign specialists. The 3.3-hectare complex includes ceremonial halls, tombs, a historical cemetery, an equestrian complex designed to demonstrate Karabakh horses, as well as a modern visitor center.

The 3rd Shusha Global Media Forum on the topic "Digital Pathways: Strengthening Information and Media Resilience in the Age of AI" opened on July 19. The forum will last until July 21.
