Lider TV channel to be shut down from next month – OFFICIAL

The National Council on Radio and Television has today made a decision on the license of the Lider TV channel, Report informs.
According to the decision, taking into account that the bankruptcy of "Lider TV and Radio-Azerbaijan" LLC was approved by a court decision, the National Television and Radio Council revoked the broadcasting license No.169 of the TV channel dated January 19, 2018. The broadcasting operations of Lider TV and Radio-Azerbaijan LLC will be stopped from June 1, 2021.
