Azerbaijan taking part in II Central Asian Media Forum in Astana

Azerbaijan is represented at the II Central Asian Media Forum held in Astana, Report informs.

The event was organized by Ministry of Culture and Information of Kazakhstan and is dedicated to the topic "Central Asia in the era of global challenges: media as a tool for strategic development."

Executive Director of the Media Development Agency Ahmad Ismayilov spoke at the panel session "Central Asian Media: New Points of Growth and Cooperation."

He noted that in modern geopolitical conditions, the media environment is changing rapidly, exerting a significant influence on public opinion, shaping the political agenda and playing a key role in managing socio-political processes.

The forum will last until April 17.
