Worldchefs president cooks 'Shushali' dish with creative recipe

On January 18, under the organization of the State Tourism Agency, Worldchefs President Tomas Gugler visited the city of Shusha, Report informs.

The purpose of organizing the trip is to familiarize the guest with the historical places of Shusha, the mysterious nature, as well as the cuisine of Karabakh.

Within the framework of the visit, Tomas Gugler met with Tural Novruzov, acting executive director of the Shusha City State Reserve.

The Worldchefs president was introduced to the Shot Statues, Shusha castle, Bulbul's house museum, and Jidir plain.

He was shown the preparation of Boyanali ash, which belongs to Karabakh cuisine, and Shah pilaf, which is considered the king of Azerbaijani national cuisine. Thomas Googler, inspired by the city of Shusha, prepared a new dish with a creative recipe and called it Shushali.
