Vusal Guliyev: Victory in Patriotic War gave moral superiority to Azerbaijani people

The victory in the Patriotic War gave moral superiority to the Azerbaijani people, Vusal Guliyev, head of the sector of the department for work with non-governmental organizations of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan, said at the first Victory Forum in Bilasuvar, told Report's Mugan bureau.

Guliyev noted that this Victory laid the successful foundation for a new stage in the historical development of Azerbaijan: "The victory achieved in the 44-day Patriotic War thanks to the determination of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, the unity of our people, the heroism of our soldiers and officers, gave our people moral superiority. Here special mention should be made of the persistent work of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, President Ilham Aliyev, on the diplomatic front and in the information war. Not every nation, state or president has had a chance to win a glorious victory in a just war."
