Ensuring the safe return of residents to Azerbaijan’s liberated territories is a crucial issue, American traveler Devon Debany, who is currently visiting Azerbaijan’s liberated areas, told Report.
"I have served in the army for 21 years, and today I am witnessing what happened in Azerbaijan during and after the conflict. The main priority now is to ensure the return of Azerbaijanis to these territories. They must feel safe, leave the past behind, and be able to build a better future," he added.
Members of the international travelers' club NomadMania visited the Jabrayil district today as part of their trip to Azerbaijan's liberated territories.
