ICRC vehicles move freely from Khankandi toward Lachin

Today, conditions have been created for six vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to move again on the Khankandi-Lachin road passing through Shusha.

Report informs that unhindered movement of vehicles is ensured.

Thus, five cars and one truck crossed from Khankandi to Lachin.

This shows once again that there are no restrictions on the movement of humanitarian vehicles.
