Azerbaijan will need a lot of time to clear its territories of mines, the advisor to the Prime Minister of Romania Julian Cifu told Report.
According to him, the landmine problem carries a great danger.
The Romanian official said that currently, there are unexploded mines from the Second World War in Romania.
“Azerbaijan will need a lot of time to clear its territory of mines. This means a lot of effort,” he noted.
The advisor added that even if there are maps of mined areas, one should be careful.
