Protest on Khankandi-Lachin road continues for 29th day

Despite the intense snowfall, the protest on Khankandi-Lachin road against the illegal exploitation of the natural deposits in the Karabakh economic district of Azerbaijan continues for already the 29th day.
According to a Report's employee who covered the protest, the demonstration that started on December 12 morning continued throughout this night.
The protest participants were provided with a place to sleep and hot meals. No incidents were recorded during the night.
The protest participants started their day with the State Anthem of Azerbaijan.
Without hindering the traffic in both directions, the eco-activists are demonstrating posters and chanting slogans in the Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages.
Their demands remain the same.
