President Ilham Aliyev signs decree on 30th anniversary of Khojaly genocide

President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on the 30th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide, Report informs.

The order instructed the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan to develop an action plan on the thirtieth anniversary of the Khojaly genocide and ensure its implementation.
