Kremlin: Karabakh is de facto and de jure territory of Azerbaijan

Karabakh is a de facto and de jure territory of Azerbaijan, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said, Report informs.

He also noted that the future fate of Russian peacekeepers in the Karabakh region will be discussed with Azerbaijan.
