Kremlin positively assesses the intention of Azerbaijan and Armenia to launch talks on the peace treaty, Russian President's Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told journalists, Report's Russian bureau informs.
"It is clear that this process is very, very lengthy, but progress towards the conclusion of such a document is a positive fact and is welcomed," Peskov said.
On April 6, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with European Council President Charles Michel and Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan in Brussels.
