Kovari: Azerbaijan aims to ensure comfortable and safe life in liberated territories

Azerbaijan aims to ensure a comfortable, safe and sustainable life for former IDPs returning to their homes, the founding partner of the Swiss company sa_partners Dunja Kovari said during the first National Urban Forum in Azerbaijan.

According to her, when drawing up the general plan for Zangilan, they focused on the fact that it is a very green city.

She said the aim is to revive this city and protect all the trees, making it a city of parks.

Kovari noted that the public infrastructure to be created there must also be "green".

At the same time, according to her, tourism was the main point when developing the general plan of Kalbajar.

She stressed that the city should correspond to a mobile and sports lifestyle.

And when drawing up the general plan of Gubadli, the landscape of the city was taken into account, Kovari said, adding that the main priority of its concept will be ponds, lakes and green and blue hues.
